£5,000 Awarded to UCL to Improve Therapy for APS Patients

We are delighted to announce that the Sonia Marsh Trust (via APS Support UK) has awarded Dr Ibrahim Tohidi-Esfahani from University College London, £5,000 for the project: 'Complement activation in antiphospholipid syndrome patients with ischaemic stroke or other ischaemic brain injury: a therapeutic target?'

Most importantly, this project will provide pilot data for a possible larger study and could lead to improved therapy for APS patients.

We could not have achieved this without each and everyone that has supported us these past two years through our walks, quiz and Christmas cards (which will be on sale again this year!).

Thank you very much to you all,

The Marshes

The Sonia Marsh Walk!

Firstly we would like to thank all of you who supported us last year. Your generosity meant that we could donate £5,000 to fund research which will look into the causes of APS. This year's fundraisin
